So after selling all of my 9MM Tigershark's and even my personal stash to those needy souls going to the Nat's and in desperation to have something to shoot I bought some well known "chemically" coated hard cast lead bullets off the shelf. These photos show the resulting lead fouling of shooting only around 200 minor loads! I have been trying to scrub the lead out and have managed to get some but the stubborn deposits at the muzzle are very hard to budge. This hard to shift baked-on lead is a nightmare to remove and will drastically affect accuracy if not cleaned out completely. A good reason to use copper coated bullets if ever there was one.
