WAPOL PUTS A STOP TO ONLINE SALES IN WA

WAPOL have advised that projectiles are considered ammunition and are regulated under legislation

In the WA Firearms Act 1973 sec.4 (Terms used)

"ammunition includes anything manufactured specifically as a
component of ammunition designed for discharge from a
firearm and also includes any primer or propellant manufactured
specifically for use in making ammunition designed for
discharge from a firearm"

Sending firearms and ammunition to WA requires the use of "Commercial Carriers" who have an "commercial carriers exemption" and must be sent to a holder of a Dealer, Repairer or Manufacturer Firearms Licence. and not a private address.

What this means is that we are unable to send projectiles to private addresses in WA and are working with local dealers to ensure your continued access to Tigershark bullets.  Hollier Gunsmithing is currently holding stock in Perth.  Contact Robert on 0427 199 695
