Primer Sensitivity
There is no universal industry data published for primer sensitivity. Most manufacturers keep this data to themselves. The lab test we have indicate these primers are a medium - medium hard and are comparable to most other European brands.

Practical Testing
Following is a test carried out in Europe using a CZ Shadow 2 and Eeaman Tech Main Spring Calibration Pack

- 10lbs EEMAN main spring....out of 100 rounds all fired without malfunction
- 9lbs EEMAN main spring....out of 100 rounds all fired without malfunction
- 8lbs EEMAN main spring....out of 100 rounds....2 misfires....98%
- 7lbs EEMAN main spring....after 3rd shoot misfire....stopped the testing

Testing gun was CZ Shadow 2, with all standard parts, just the main springs were subject of replacement.

Conclusion
100% in CZ Shadow 2 with 9lbs EEMAN (or harder) main spring without malfunctions. However, it should be noted that batch variation can occur and we certainly don't recommend using over-light springs such as a 9Lb; for a Shadow 2 an 11LB should be the minimum main spring weight to ensure 100% ignition with these or most other primers - anything lighter you'd best use Feds or the springs from your Boyfriend's gun ;-)
