Share Your Experience With Tigershark Bullets
Ive been using your tigersharks for a while now and just wanted to say how pleased I am. Firstly the consistency between the weight of the projectiles is very good; only ... minor variations from one projectile to the next. They solve all my issues with my popple holes and the crazy amount of smoke I cop when shooting lead projies. They just shoot so well, and are so well priced; I dont think Ill ever use lead again! "I recently had the pleasure of working with Tigershark Ballistics and I have to say, their service and warranty are simply amazing. I had an issue with one of my Red Dot... 's and reached out to Steve for assistance. Not only was he incredibly friendly and helpful, but he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Steve's level of dedication and expertise was truly impressive, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. The product itself is top-notch, and I was blown away by the level of care and attention to detail that went into its design and construction. Overall, I would highly recommend Tigershark Ballistics to anyone in need of high-quality ballistics products. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled, and I will definitely be a returning customer for all of my future needs." Read More
As Always fast delivery!! Great Service
I use the 135gr 9mm projectiles. I am both impressed by the performance, and Steve's service. I have a 50m load developed and "just for fun" tried that load on IMSSU. ... Well they certainly performed at 50m. And 75m. And 100m! This last weekend I had two personal bests in two matches across two disciplines using this projie. Suffice is to say I'll be ordering these again going forward. Thanks Steve! Read More

Great service (fast, friendly & helpful) and a quality product (consistent, uniform projectiles). Second time purchasing from Tigershark and won't be my last.
Dealing with Steve has been nothing but a pleasure. I had an issue with Australia Post (shirt delivery) but Steve sorted everything out ASAP. I can’t believe at how fast ... his response time is to emails, and that was around Christmas time. I have been using the 123gn Hp projectiles for approximately 18 months. I have tried a couple of other brands of projectiles but nothing comes close in value for money and quality. Read More
I have been shooting since I was 7 and competitively since I was 18 and Im now in my 50's. Over this time, I have been a shooting competitive pistol and riffle discipline... s as well and being a range officer and firearms Instructor mostly in the ACT. I have used all kinds of pistol projectiles but I will honestly say these Tigershark projectiles are by far and without a doubt the best value for money, quality bullets I have come across. Straight lead and lubed lead bullets work but not that well and they really mess up you barrels and the biggest turn off when reloading is the mess and direct lead exposure to your hands. Jacketed projectiles are good but aside from being much more expensive, many ranges want let you shoot them especially if shooting on steel targets or around metal frames. Polymer coated bullets were the next option and which I used for many years mostly whilst running our local single action club. They were clean in the barrel and reloading was much better and not too bad at close distances, but struggled at longer ranges or for more accurate target shooting. I did try various makers of these types of pills and over several other pistol disciplines I shoot including Combined services, however they just were not accurate enough for what I wanted in order to be competitive. Manufacturing quality varied at lot and often we would find large casting cavities at the bases of these coated bullets and sizing was all over the place, which are all complete no no's for accuracy. So, over the past 35+ years I have seen and used everything that’s out there and the fact I now only use Tigershark says it all. They are extremely well manufactured, very consistent in weights and sizing and they just work so well. I started with numerous (many) sample packs over different weights and style's in various calibers and it has been happy days ever since. These are the real deal for anyone serious about competitive shooting and who's looking to lift their shooting and grades, these are the guys that will get you there. They also won't foul up your barrel, shooting cleanly which is another huge plus for us. Whilst I have been a little slow in writing this review, I have proudly shared and promoted details with many other shooter mates about Tigershark's and even given out many to guys on the range to load and try and now they to use Tigershark's. I'm so very grateful to Ross B for originally putting me into them a few years ago and I have not looked back nor at any other pistol bullets since. Finally, I have to say the customer service Steve and his team provides is first rate. My first ever order 2 or 3 years ago was on Good Friday and Steve was away on holidays. However, he messaged me straight back, let me know he was away (shooting), but arranged to get my order processed and shipment straight away and I had them only a few short days later. I was so impressed and grateful and his never disappointed me since. Read More

I have used Tigershark before but this is the first time I have ever ordered online. The website is great for showing and explaining all the products. I found the online ... order and payment system simple and easy to use. I ordered the products at night time and the items had left the warehouse with a tracking code by lunchtime the next day. I have been through multiple brands of lead hard cast lead projectiles and have always had issues with leading in my barrels even after just a couple hundred rounds. Afte... r switching to TGRSRKs i wont use anything else they are so consistent and reliable its a confidence booster on the range. Steve is a legend and is very easy to deal with. They are delivered to my door free and i know if i miss a target it was because i dropped the shot not because my rounds are playing up. At the end of the day i clean the barrel with little to no effort.. Why bother with hard cast projies ? Read More
I used to use hard cast coated lead projectiles in my Browning Hi Power 9mm. Whether it was the size of the bore or another factor, I used to get a lot of lead fouling. I... don't think it affected accuracy that much, but I decided that cleaning it was a chore I'd rather avoid. So I began to look at jacketed bullets. Once upon a time I used Taipan projectiles, but sadly they are out of business. Any other jacketed bullet manufacturers are just too expensive. I came across Tiger Sharks copper plated projectiles and have never looked back. No more lead fouling. Cost effective and as accurate as I can be. Steve from Tiger Shark was excellent in recommending me a cost effective and accurate load. The 145 grain round noses group wonderfully in the Browning. I simply won't buy anything else now. Just had an email from Steve advising me that i was up to order nr 10!!! since Feb, and i figure its time to leave so feedback, so here i go..... Well as i strongly beli... eve,,, if its not broken,,, don't fix it. In November last year i was at the Sate Titles in Sale, Victoria and watched IPSC for the first time, there is where I saw the adverts for Tigershark and other projectiles and at the time thought nothing to it. I then joined the Pistol club and started to shoot, it was not long before i was shooting IPSC and then came a point where i knew that i have to reload as it was getting expensive. I remembered the Adverts and after a bit of research i found this website and ordered my first batch. After starting to reload the Tigershark in my Beretta 92FS the only think that did not work was the weight, so I had to up the weight from 123gr to 135gr using AP70 and AP50. Steve supported me with my load development and eventually i worked out the right load and the Beretta now shoots really well. The Barrel is always clean after a few 100 shots and when shooting Steel Poppers or plates the projectiles disintegrate I have had some of the older shooters say that the projectiles look like FMJ's but after a bit of convincing they then see they are not. They are now being used by some friends of mine and i won't be changing for anything else. I now reload Tigershark in 9mm and 45acp. Thanks again to Steve and the ongoing support from him and Tigershark Read More
Being new to pistol reloading (coming from long range rifle) I had a stack of questions for Steve, every question was met with good will and solid information. Having tr... ied both the 135 and 123 HP's I settled on the 123 HP for the CZ Tactical Sports with great results. The best thing about TigerShark Bullets isn't the product, (yes there great) it's Steve. Old school service isn't found that often anymore and Steve goes out of his way to ensure you have the right product in a timely manner, any questions are quickly answered and cost is competitive for such a good product. Do yourself a favour try some TigerShark Bullets and have a chat with Steve, you won't be disappointed in the product and definitely not the service. Read More
Trialled these projectiles following advice from a top WA based IPSC production shooter. My main motivation was my concerns about the potential health risks associated wi... th breathing in fumes of burnt plastic you get with Hi Teck coatings. As a doctor understanding the potential health risks of substances such as dioxins being released every time you fire a plastic coated I decided that the marginal cost saving for me wasn’t worth it compared to the long term potential health risks thus my switch to copper. These projectiles appear to be the most cost effective option in Australia and on par cost wise with direct imports from the USA that I have looked into. I really don’t think the margin tigershark is taking is very large at all thus it seemes a no brainier to order from them directly. Delivery was about 2 weeks to WA and currier to the door. Not the quickest if you run low ahead of a comp but considering it’s included in the price for long term training and planned ammo needs really a non issue. Projectiles arrived in simple cardboard boxes packed to 2500 per box. No padding around them but despite this I didn’t notice any significant deformation of any projectiles. Visual inspection and caliber measurements revealed a relatively consistent surface and very consistent diameter and length. Consistent weights on the powder scale though admittedly not as consistent as Winchester factory FMJ. With regards to load, as ever this is crucial and due to availability of powder in WA I was restricted to AP50. Max theoretical seating depth for the barrel on my shadow 2 is 29.6mm. I loaded to 29.5mm OAL with minimal crimp. On chronic testing optimal load was 4 grains giving a lowest power factor of 127 with a 30 FPS spread. Loaded on a Dillon 650 with Dillon dies ( separate seating and crop die). Target testing I achieved a one hole 10 shot group at 25 meters on an ISSF range thus more than accurate enough for most Issf shooting and definitely accurate enough for all IPSC shooting. With regards to cleanliness, it’s roughly on a par with Winchester white box ammo though that is due to the AP50 powder. Barrel stayed relatively clean and I went over 2000 rounds without cleaning with no malfunctions and no drop in accuracy. Out of a batch of 5000 8 x fired Winchester brass with this load I only had 2 case mouth splits so appears to not be too brutal on the brass. Thus in conclusion due to the very good accuracy, the health benefits of not breathing in burning plastic and the cleanliness on the barrel the projectiles are worth the extra 20-30% in cost for me and I’m a Tigershark convert. *disclaimer: please let it be noted that I am not aware of any evidence proving a health risk of plastic coated bullets. My concerns represent a personal suspicion of a potential health risk and do not represent a professional opinion. Read More

I've already loaded 1000 of these 135gn, hollow point Tigershark projectiles. I love them! They load so clean and so fast I can load at literally 3x the rate of my previo... us projectiles! The other projectiles I've used clog up my press with metal shavings and take forever to clean all the rounds of shavings after. Also the lack of smoke! The other projectiles I've used would leave me in a cloud of toxic smoke when shooting a lot of rounds quickly. But with the TigerSharks, there is nothing. The difference is incredible! Read More
